is wrong with this statement? Of course! You have to do it. This is nothing but
the ego run amuck!

Granted,
there might be times to step in and do a thing, but to judge that the only way
it will be done right is for you to do it is pure ego.

Control
is not the answer. Leadership is.

Responsibility And Control Are Not Best
Friends.
